Fred began his dance journey in 2003 with salsa, later incorporating hip hop in 2005 to create a unique fusion of the two styles. In 2009, he co-founded the dance company Dancefloor with renowned South Korean dancer Boog Tom, blending urban and Latin dance in their performances. In 2013, Fred teamed up with Kouamé, who brought Afro elements into their choreography, enhancing their artistic vision. This collaboration soon attracted talents like Laëtycia and Coco, leading to a series of acclaimed performances that earned them invitations to showcase their work across Europe and beyond. Since 2014, Fred has been instrumental in establishing Dancefloor schools in Geneva and Lausanne, where he focuses on refining teaching techniques and sharing his passion with students. He instills core values of sharing, open-mindedness, hard work, humility, and team spirit in both teachers and students, creating a supportive dance community.
