Since 2019, she has managed Deeva Dance and choreographed for Swiss artists Lik and Dak. Her training in New York with renowned artists has enhanced her versatility. A member of the Compagnie Internationale and Dancefloor school since 2014, Laëtycia also works as a Personal Trainer and Development Coach, helping dancers unlock their potential and inspiring others to express themselves through dance.

Having trained under some of the finest teachers in the UK, Dren brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every class. His dynamic teaching style emphasizes both technique and expression, fostering a welcoming environment where students can thrive. Fred began his dance journey in 2003 with salsa, later incorporating hip hop in 2005 to create a unique fusion of the two styles. In 2009, he co-founded the dance company Dancefloor with renowned South Korean dancer Boog Tom, blending urban and Latin dance in their performances. In 2013, Fred teamed up with Kouamé, who brought Afro elements into their choreography, enhancing their artistic vision. This collaboration soon attracted talents like Laëtycia and Coco, leading to a series of acclaimed performances that earned them invitations to showcase their work across Europe and beyond. Since 2014, Fred has been instrumental in establishing Dancefloor schools in Geneva and Lausanne, where he focuses on refining teaching techniques and sharing his passion with students. Erind el Cacique is the artistic director of Dance and Flow. His artistic journey began in 1996 with ballet, modern dance, and classical guitar, which sparked his lifelong passion for music and dance. In 2000, he encountered Caribbean dances in Italy and began intensive training in various salsa styles, including Son, Cuban Salsa, L.A. Style, Puerto Rican, and N.Y. Style. After six years of study, he began teaching and founded Dance and Flow in 2006. That same year, he delved into Flamenco guitar and dance, studying with renowned artists like Jose Greco II and Torombo, mastering various Flamenco "palos" such as Farruca, Alegrías, and Bulerías. His connection with Afro-Cuban culture grew in 2009, leading him to explore Cuban Contemporary dance, combining ballet, modern, and Afro-Caribbean traditions, while also studying Afro-Cuban religions like Yoruba and Abakuá. Erind has taught and performed internationally, including in Italy, the U.S., U.K., France, Belgium, and Australia, and continues to deepen his knowledge while sharing his passion globally

Kouamé, originally from Ivory Coast, has lived in Switzerland since 1998. His dance journey began in childhood with Ivorian popular dances and hip hop. In 2001, he discovered salsa, which sparked a deep passion for exploring its various forms, including competitions and couple choreography. Known for his ability to blend styles and innovate movement, Kouamé created his first solo choreography, "Sonando," in 2011, receiving acclaim for its originality. In 2013, he joined Fred and Tom in the Dancefloor group, contributing to the creation of "Cuenta Bien," an innovative fusion of cha-cha and hip hop. In 2014, Kouamé partnered with Fred to open the Dancefloor dance school in Geneva, where he continues to refine his teaching methods for students of all ages and skill levels. Known for his ingenuity, Lieb pioneered the unique salsa-hip hop fusion style, a genre that merges the intricate footwork and cultural richness of salsa with the bold, expressive movements of hip hop. Alongside his dance career, he earned a degree in sound engineering in Geneva, deepening his expertise in Afro-Cuban music. Now a renowned international DJ and instructor, Besi shares his love for music and dance with boundless energy, inspiring others while celebrating cultural diversity.
